Breakthrough Sessions are a focused, body-aware addition to the modern care landscape. They are not a replacement for therapy, psychiatry, or medical care, and they do not try to do everything at once. Here is how this work compares to what you may already be using.
Coaching
Coaching is forward-focused and goal-driven. A Breakthrough Session also moves you forward, but it works at the level of the body and nervous system, where many of the patterns you have been trying to coach through are actually living.
Functional Medicine
Functional medicine focuses on physical root causes — labs, hormones, gut, sleep, and lifestyle. A Breakthrough Session focuses on the emotional and nervous-system patterns that often sit alongside those physical patterns. The two can be deeply complementary.
Therapy
